7) "She Light" - I had this arrangement completed by the time I sent it to Dave and we didn't change anything in the overall format. I wanted to see what MOON X would sound like if acoustic guitars were used. I tracked with two different baritone acoustics and one of them was an eight string. I also used a 12 string acoustic and several 6 string acoustics. On the 6 string guitars, I tried a new bridge system that allowed me to bend the strings a half or a whole step up depending on what I needed. The NS upright bass showed up in part of the song along with the Tacoma acoustic bass. Once again, Dave asked for Michele to sing a part, and he gave us an idea of what he wanted for a melody. We modified it a bit and she duplicated it to get the desired effect of vocal layers.
