4) "Hollow Man" - Inspired by the 2000 movie of the same name starring Kevin Bacon. I wanted to have a bass heavy vibe to it, so I layered about 6 different takes using multiple bass guitars, including my five string NS upright. I used one of my Telecasters for most of the guitar work in Part 1. In Part 2, I'm using a G&L ASAT guitar. Dave came up with the idea of having Michele sing a vocal line and duplicate it an octave higher. Dave's voice is also mixed in there as well. To me, that part of the song sounds like a 1960s theme song for a British TV spy series. Very Cool.
