1) "90 Mile Island" - Dave created the source track and sent it over, which was George's drum track and nothing else. I felt it was a bit short in duration so I crafted an intro and an outro to it using my old Roland rack mount delay and reverb pedals with a G&L ASAT guitar. Reviewing my tracks, I noticed the song had an uplifting feel to it, so I continued that vibe with the rest of the song. At the time I was tracking to it, Dave had temporarily titled the song "Pop Song". That title inspiration helped me create a bit of an early Yes/Flash/Peter Banks feel to it.
